PAYMENT POLICY
Sapphire Bath accepts company checks, credit card, chase Quickpay, or wire transfers. For prepaid dealers (CBD) , all payments must be paid in full before any merchandise leaves our warehouse. All checks must be made out to “Sapphire Bath”. All dealers must apply for terms, and a credit application and references will be required. This Terms Agreement will also need to be signed. Please check with your Sapphire Bath rep for more details.

DISPLAYING DEALER PROGRAM
Sapphire Bath offers a display program to our dealers where Sapphire Bath product sets can be purchased for display purposes in your showroom at a 75% discount off the regular MSRP price. A display purchase order MUST consist of either a set (vanity and sink) OR 3 products (3 mirrors). Customers wishing to purchase more than one display in the same purchase order (two vanity/sink sets OR six products OR a combination of a set + 3 products) will receive an 80% discount off the regular MSRP price on this second display. Please note that the display discounts will be given in the form of account credit ONLY AFTER pictures of the actual item(s) displayed in the showroom are submitted to [email protected]. Please check with your Sapphire Bath rep for more information.
ORDERING AND BACKORDERS
Purchase orders are accepted via email only to [email protected]. If an item is in stock, the standard processing time is 1-3 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and give you an estimated replenish date. Please note that all orders that are completely in stock must be shipped out within 15 days from the date of invoice. Any order that is stored in our warehouse after the 15-day period will be charged a one-time 10% storage fee on the invoice total. After 30 days of storage, Sapphire Bath cannot guarantee stock, as items may be put back into inventory and become subject to back order when requested again later. Customers may not have more than one shipping date per stock PO. Email all orders to [email protected]
For PO(s) that contain some stock and some backordered items, customers wishing to have the stock items ship first will result in the PO being split into two invoices. The first invoice will be due at terms from the ship date of the stock items. The second invoice will be due at terms from the ship date of the backordered items. Customers may not have more than two shipping dates per backordered PO(s). If a customer requires more than two shipping dates for backordered PO(s), each subsequent shipping will be charged per quoted shipping charges at that given time. SHIPPING POLICY
Once an order is processed, it is then shipped out via LTL (for large items) or FedEx/UPS/USPS (for smaller items). Prepaid freight charges will be added to your invoice (refer to your territories FFA and shipping rates). Dealers also have the option to use their own freight company, please make a notation on your purchase order for this option. Prepaid LTL shipments are curbside delivery only. Shipping times vary upon destination; however, the average transit time is 2-5 business days for the East Coast and 5-7 business days for the West Coast. Customers requiring rushed delivery will be quoted for extra shipping costs per available shipper rates even if the invoice meets the FFA requirements. For direct customer/residential delivery within your territory, an additional $50 will be charged to the invoice, even if the invoice meets the FFA requirements. For outside of territory delivery, you will be quoted per market rate.
RECEIVING SHIPMENT
If there is visible damage to your shipment, you will be required to inspect the package. Please make sure to note all damages on the Proof of Delivery receipt. If there are major visible damages, please refuse the entire shipment. If only a minor part is damaged, please accept and report all issues to Sapphire Bath immediately to [email protected]. All damages must be reported with images within 48 hours of the delivery date. Failure to comply with these rules will disqualify customers from free replacement of parts.
RETURN POLICY
All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from our Customer Service Dept. No returns will be accepted without an RGA issued by Sapphire Bath. To provide a credit or replacement, we need to fully inspect the unit. All returns must be received within 30 days of the RGA completion date and it is the dealer/customer’s responsibility to return all items in new condition, meaning undamaged original packaging with product manuals. Once the returned item is received and verified to be in “new” condition, a credit will be issued, minus the original freight charges and a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fees are only waived if the customer is replacing the returned item with another item of similar characteristics (a vanity for a vanity, a sink for a sink etc.).
Returns for custom/non-stock items: No returns are accepted for custom and/or non-stock items.
PARTS REQUESTS and MISSING PARTS
In order to fulfill parts requests, photos of the damaged/defective part or item may be required. Photos are necessary to determine resolution, and more importantly, to file damage claims with the shipping company. If photos cannot be submitted for any reason, the damaged/defective part must be shipped to our warehouse, at the customer’s expense. The part will then be carefully inspected, and then necessary action will be taken based on the inspection, including full reimbursement of all expenses if necessary. Any issues with missing parts must be reported to Sapphire Bath within 48 hours of delivery.
WARRANTY
All Sapphire Bath products carry a 5-year manufacturer’s limited warranty, which includes all bathroom vanities, storage/linen/medicine cabinets, mirrors, and bathroom accessories. Any unauthorized or improper modifications to any Sapphire Bath product will void the warranty. A licensed plumber or contractor is required to perform any installation of our items for the warranty to be valid. Any customer inflicted damages do not fall under warranty (e.g. water damage, installation damage, etc.) All our products are for indoor use only. Warranty is not transferable.
MAP POLICY
All Sapphire Bath products that are advertised on an ecommerce website, newspaper ads, television commercial, social media, or any other form of advertisement must adhere to our MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy of not more than 25% off list price. Any violators of the MAP policy will be suspended and may lead to account closure.
BRANDING
All authorized Sapphire Bath dealers must advertise our products as “Sapphire”. Our product lines and descriptions should also be used. Selling our products without our Sapphire name is prohibited.
SALES TAX
A sales tax exemption form will have to be completed before opening an account.
PRIVACY
The privacy of our dealers and customers is very important to us. All online forms are securely encrypted to prevent security theft of personal information. We will not share this information with other marketing or 3rd party companies.
